I really like smol people for some reason and I really want to just be a sort of caregiver to someone smol. I would want to cook for them, go on walks with them etc etc.
Sex doesn't need to be involved, age regression is also a thing that I wouldn't complain about but it's not "required".
Also what I see as small really depends on the person, often it's just anyone shorter than me, but a rule of thumb is anyone below 160cm.
