But, my goal (6 miles at 9 minute intervals) would have been unthinkable as recently as last spring. Now, it is close enough that I am annoyed with myself for not being able to reach it.

Looking for thoughts on finding motivation.
Biggest lesson? Do not filter for type of event or group.
One of the events I have been going to with some consistency is organized by a group focusing on a thing I am not really interested in. But, they are good people.
Another lesson, the Weiterlesen… advantage of this type of app/site is that it mixes dating app with social media.
Many of the conversations (and related learning) of recent months has been in conversations or in the presence of people who I would simply not interact with on a dating app, in conversations that would be unlikely on regular social media.
As one of my (academic) instructors used to say, "progress, not perfection".
