BDSM in Tyne and Wear

I'm a chubby gay male, 39 and looking for a younger guy who likes to be tied up. However I'm also open to friendship and the possibility of something more with the right guy. Check out my profile for a longer description but I would love to tie up a clothed guys, gagged and blindfolded, keep him like that for a while watching him struggle trying to get free. Longer the better, and hopefully for regular fun rather than a one off.
