Dates in Worcester

Hi,
I am looking for a Dom who is willing to build that relationship of trust and who wants to help me learn how to behave, act and grow as a sub. however, I am also looking for a Dom who can while teaching me how to submit, one who is also willing to teach me how to be a Dom myself so one day when I am ready I may be able to take on a sub of my own.
Not sure if this is realistic or not but I can only try.
