Work full time and go to school, clean, respectful, do not use *** or drink alcohol pay rent early.. have local landlord references… love my current spot except that, I’m not able to host and starting to try and go to play parties and coming home at odd hours have been a bit awkward. Would love to find a room for rent where those are not an issue.
