Sex-positive, body-positive, gender affirming, socially responsible. Let us be your safe space to explore.

Decadence and depravity await you at Bar Sinister Los Angeles. Delve into a hidden side street in the heart of Hollywood to unleash your the full power of your deviant mind. This truly twisted club has been going for 22 years now, and it remains undimmed in its kinky mission to offer a positively devilish and unforgettable spin on the city's nightlife. Bar Sinister Los Angeles is only open on Saturday nights, meaning that you have the entire week to store up your fantasies. Consequently, when you reach those hallowed doors you should be more than sufficiently rampant. And what lies on the other side of those doors promises not to disappoint. Music is integral to the Bar Sinister Los Angeles experience. Alternative, gothic, and industrial sounds are spun by top DJs on state-of-the-art sound systems across multiple dance floors and bars, while you watch an array of exotic beauties gyrate and whirl in a dance macabre. Dancers and performers include Antigone ***, Pulp, Miss Hannabis, Lindsey, Mahnee, Hex, Nicky Bricks, Skies ***, and the club adds new girls each month. Admission prices range from $10 - $25, depending on the time of night, and what you're wearing. The focal point of Bar Sinister Los Angles is the Purgatory room. As the name suggests, darkness prevails - along with all manner of sensory delights. The room is overseen by 'Master Feenix', who along with special guests treats visitors to kinky shows. The website explains the etiquette for this room. Crucially, you are told to keep your clothes on at all times. Fetish clothing such as leather, rubber, and latex is encouraged, and, quite rightly, there's a no jeans or street clothes rule. Bar Sinister Los Angeles is all about escaping from the tedium of every day existence. This is the realm of dark fantasies. The shows must not be interrupted and there should be no heckling. Moreover, customers are asked to respect one another's personal space. The goal is for spectators to immerse themselves in the shows, stoking their kinky imagination, which they can then unleash when they depart the premises - quite possibly with another kinkster whom they've just met on yet another memorable night.

The Stockroom LA promises to fulfill all of your BDSM needs - whatever your persuasion and however extreme your requirements. This long-running internet store offers something for everyone. Its huge range of products is presented on a vibrant, stimulating website that is guaranteed to inspire and titillate. There seems to be nothing that kinksters could desire that The Stockroom LA does not sell. When it comes to BDSM gear, you'll find cuffs, collars, restraints of all descriptions, gags, medical attire, furniture, nipple toys, and for the more daring a dazzling array of electro-sex toys. And then there's the fetish wear. From latex to leather, corsets, lingerie, and harnesses, this one-stop shop for your kink needs has it all. For the playful ladies among you, there are catsuits and dresses, and for you rampant men, there are bodysuits, aprons, and underwear in every conceivable shape and size. The Stockroom LA also has an astonishing selection of sex toys. From anal beads to penis pumps and ball stretchers, female suction toys, and vibrators, it's all here. You know when you're dealing with an outlet that means absolute business when a not insignificant number of these devices resemble medieval *** devices. Yes, welcome to kink heaven - or sweet hell. Either way, here's everything you require to get blisteringly hot and sweaty. The real plus of The Stockroom LA is that its products are affordable. There's something for not just every kink taste but every budget. The business was established back in 1990 by Joel Tucker, who was conscious of the frequently high prices for BDSM kit. Joel's girlfriend suggested that he start making his own gear - and the rest, as they say, is history. High quality, affordable kink gear defines The Stockroom LA - as does a strong sense of respect for its adventurous clients. Discretion is everything. Over the years, The Stockroom LA has struck up numerous partnerships with other businesses that share its vision. These include Stormy Leather, SYREN Fetish Fashion, and Daedalus Publishing Company, the *** behind the well-known 'how to' book Learning the Ropes.

Snctm LA has been called the word's most exclusive private members sex and fetish club and has received widespread media attention for its elite soirees held at a multi-million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills, California. Indeed, rumour has it that even Hollywood stars have been in attendance Snctm LA's target group is primarily men (women can attend for free) - but this is not a place for mere mortals. No Riff Raff or day-trippers are permitted. You have to become a member, and the website makes it abundantly clear that the application process is rigorous. Not only must you answer questions about your fantasies, but you're required to submit photographs. Yes, prospective Snctm LA members are vetted for their "aesthetic appeal." Make of that what you will. If your online application is approved, you're invited for a Skype or in-person interview. Daunting, to say the least. And then, of course - should you get that far - there's the membership fee, which ranges from $10,000 to a staggering $1,000,000. One thing's certain, you need an ego as big as your wallet even to consider joining. According to Snctm LA founder, Damon Lawner, members come from "all walks of life" - but the one thing they have in common is "success." Well, certainly rich. So what do these kinky, successful people get for their (very) big bucks? At Snctm LA's monthly masquerade and pool parties (known to us mere mortals as orgies), beautiful A-listers are invited to indulge their wildest fantasies in the most luxurious surroundings one could imagine. Think champagne, butlers, and assorted velvet d***ry. Swinging, partner swapping, rabbit masks, voyeurism - it's a veritable buffet of kink. Guest numbers are limited, and women significantly outnumber men. But the golden rule at Snctm LA is that everything is consensual. Snctm LA requires all men to wear tuxedos (no pierced nipples on display here, lads), and women are attired in the most sumptuous garter belts and stilettos. And as with the film Eyes Wide Shut, everyone wears a mask. Depending on what your idea of kink is, this is hot, or it's just tame and predictable.

Dominion LA was established in 1980, making it one of the oldest operating dominatrix studios in the world. It offers paid dominatrix services in a clean, welcoming environment on Venice Boulevard, Los Angeles, inviting clients to make their wildest fantasies reality with a host of highly experienced ladies. The website clearly states that Dominion LA is not in the business of selling sex. The emphasis here is on consensual role play and 'psychodrama'. However, visitors can be assured that there are a plethora of devilish delights falling under that intriguing umbrella. Corporal punishment, electro-play, flagellation, female dominance (naturally), and all types of bondage are available at Dominion LA. And have no doubt, your mistress of choice knows how to punish very naughty boys. But the studio isn't just open to men. It also caters to women and couples, and indeed, anything in between. Leave your judgments at the door, for none are made inside this den of depravity. Looking for a BDSM adventure you won't forget? The website promises that you'll find it here, whether you're an experienced kinkster or a newbie. There are nine playrooms in the well-equipped premises. Choose the Bastile for some old-world ***, or for a plusher experience, take a seat on the gold and red velvet sofa in The Sanctum. If you're seeking something less dungeon and more domestic, wander into the Bettie Page room. Or perhaps your appalling behaviour at school warrants some severe punishment. In which case, the Detention room beckons. Dominion LA accepts walk-ins, though the website advises that you make an appointment should you wish to see a particular lady. Prices range from $150 for half an hour to $440 for a two-hour session. If you're feeling particularly ***less, you can select two or three ladies to put you through your paces. There's also an option to hire a submissive lady. No *** and alcohol are permitted on the premises. Lady Hillary is the *** behind Dominion LA. This 'headmistress' extraordinaire boasts clients who have been seeing her for 20 years. And what better endorsement is there than that?

Threshold LA was established in 1982 as an organisation helping pansexual people explore BDSM in a safe and consensual way. Since then, it's been at the forefront of LA's kink community, holding community, educational, and members-only events for all kinksters, regardless of their background. All events at Threshold LA are for the 18+, and there's a diverse variety on offer, all aimed at empowering individuals in their kink and fetish choices. Events are held at the organisation's premises in North Hollywood and include explorations of female dominance, regular munches, and even a party aimed at the new generation of kinksters. Additionally, Threshold LA offers classes and other educational events. As a non-profit organisation, it operates a community outreach program, working with doctors, therapists, politicians, and the police to educate them on all aspects of a kink and BDSM lifestyle. In doing so, the aim is to challenge prejudice and engender a safer, non-judgmental environment. The Threshold LA website includes a fascinating history of the society. The organisation has consistently evolved over the years, and its premises now boasts a lounge, BDSM library, seven themed rooms, and a large play space. LED lighting and air conditioning make for a comfortable, welcoming environment in which like-minded people can mix and mingle, forming meaningful connections. You must be a member of Theshold LA, and the website explains how you can go about joining, and the many benefits that membership provides. At time of writing, the society was accepting new members, and membership orientations were held twice monthly. At these hour-long sessions (which are not play parties or kink demonstrations) prospective members can learn more about Threshold LA. Should you decided to join Threshold LA, membership gives you access to exclusive membership-only events and discounts on other events. The annual fee is $25. There is a clear, strict code of conduct for parties, and rules on consent and confidentiality apply. Alcohol is not permitted. And while masturbation and the use of toys is permitted, other forms of sexual activity are not allowed. Full details are given in the rules and etiquette section of the society's website.
