First-timers, this night is built for you. New step, butterflies, nerves and all. Foundations is for absolute beginners who want a safe space to see, learn, try, or just observe without pressure.
Inside you’ll find 5–6 experience booths: floggers, crops, canes, paddles, hands-on impact with trained spotters, a rope booth, and a surprise fire cupping booth. You can try things, watch quietly, or simply walk through and see how everything works.
Participation is always optional. No one pushes. No one pressures. You set the pace.
