Pleasure Chest Chicago is one of five sex shops in the United States selling high-quality sex toys and fetish gear. The Chicago store also runs regular workshops and courses aimed at helping people from all backgrounds explore their bodies and sexuality. Everything about Pleasure Chest Chicago is centred around sex-positivity. The store is bright, clean, and welcoming, and customers can be assured that they're entering a judgment-free zone. The series of informative, fun, and friendly sessions at Pleasure Chest Chicago fall under the company's 'PleasureEd' program. These events are free to attend and are open to all. Workshops and courses cover a wide and eclectic range of topics designed to facilitate both individual and the wider kink community's growth. The majority of these events are held at the company's premises at 3436 N Lincoln Ave in Chicago. There is also a Pleasure Chest Chicago branch at Broadway, which was where the first Chicago shop was launched way back in 1977. Previous workshops at Pleasure Chest Chicago have covered everything from outdoor egg hunts to tips for giving mind-blowing blow jobs, events centred around 'Masturbation May,' classes on how to enhance orgasms, instruction on how to find that elusive g-spot to ensure the ultimate squirtathon, classes focused on building self-esteem, a session on strap-on devices aimed at those who identify as part of the local queer community, a workshop on queer kink, and even advice on how to plan and equip for the perfect orgy. There is, therefore, indeed something for everyone, whatever their sexuality or gender. Pleasure Chest Chicago do not require you to register in advance for these free events; however, the website states that attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, they recommend that you arrive early to secure a place as there is no reserved seating. Speakers at these classes and workshops have a strong background in sex-positive work and are often considered experts in the topics they deliver. And while these are not dating events, who knows what fellow kinksters you may meet as you're nestled amongst all those vibrators and harnesses?
