Anyone having/struggling with paralysis or stalling is a perfect candidate. As someone who needs to practice mindfulness and having occupations that leave me feeling gratified I like to pour back into the community and offer my helping hands.

I can help with meal prep, tidying, taking out trash, de-cluttering, helping make lists to make things easier, etc.
