Dates in Charlotte

I honestly don't get it... In public (bars and other social environments) I have no problem connecting with women or couples and hit it off.
On here its like a ghost town for me. I'm not even a jackass or anything. What the hell am I doing wrong? Super confusing. Any insight would be appreciated.
