. Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I posted… and even longer since I spent any real time in chastity.

But I’m officially 5 days in now, and I’ve managed to spend the last two nights fully locked and actually sleep through the night. That feels like a huge milestone for me, and I’m honestly pretty proud of it.

My big goal is still to eventually experience a hands-free orgasm, so I’m curious: for those of you who have managed it, how long did you have to stay denied before it happened? Was it days, weeks, months… or is it more about mindset than time?

I’d really welcome some encouragement to help me stay caged and keep going. Moral support is very appreciated… although I won’t complain if anyone wants to tease me a little or try to test my resolve.
