The name fisting sounds harsh and aggressive and may suggest to some that one tries to penetrate with a clenched fist but that’s not generally the case. It’s more about pleasure than ***. It can be a huge turn on for both parties and a source of great pleasure for the recipient.

This is a description of the process based on my experience

Grooming is important: Nails should be trimmed & smooth with all sharp edges and hang nails removed or filed smooth.

The challenge is getting knuckles past the opening. Once past the opening I’ve found the vagina to be surprisingly roomy inside and the hand can be moved around stimulating the G-spot, cervix & entire interior.

You must be patient though without rushing or trying to *** all the way on the first attempt. It may take several attempts over time to stretch enough to accommodate a hand. Just gently stretch a little bit further on each attempt and eventually the hand will slide in fairly easily (as it should) never forcing. Stretching can also be done with gradually increasing sized dildos or other objects, little by little.

The recipient should be relaxed, well aroused and ready to be stretched. She should be WELL lubricated with a good water based lube; better to use too much than too little. The fister should slide their fingers in starting with 1 or 2 and adding one finger at a time until all 4 fingers are inside. The fingers should be folded into a cone shape and gently worked in. Once all 4 fingers slide in past the knuckles, they can be pulled back and the thumb tucked into the centre of a cone formed with the fingers. The tight part is getting the knuckles past the opening. The hand should be rotated to find the optimal position; usually with the edges of the hand positioned at 11:00 & 5:00 or 1:00 & 7:00, (NOT 12:00 & 6:00 as you might expect). Pulling down gently toward the perineum (taint*) can help to expand the opening a little more.

When the hand starts to slide in past the thumb joint, then and only then should the fingers curl into a fist. Once inside the fist can be rotated or slid in & out - opening to slide out & curling closed as it slides back in. Only if the recipient is relaxed and loose enough the entire fist may be able to be carefully removed and re-inserted.

You may also try different positions. I've found lying on her back with hips raised slightly on a pillow or wedge works quite well; alternately on elbows & knees, head down & bottom up, but I think on the back with hips raised is better to start.
